This all black romper features a tie front with small keyhole, and flattering flowing shorts. Smocked back for the perfect comfy fit. The tie front unties, but the keyhole is sewn shut, so the top does not open fully at the tie--check the photos for a close up!
Super cute cap sleeves can be worn on or off the shoulder.
