Beautiful, worn-in canvas salvaged from a WWI era US military laundry bag has detailed with supple brown leather and reworked into a perfect everyday carryall.
The material used to construct this bag is almost 100 years old but still in the most wonderful condition. A soldier's name tag from the original laundry bag has been incorporated into this tote to highlight the unique nature of the material. Any discoloration of the fabric is the result of many years of natural wear and aging.
Fully lined with sturdy olive cotton, this medium carryall can easily hold everything you need during the day or for a weekend away. Two good-sized inside pockets can comfortably fit a wallet, ipod, phone, etc.
Shoulder straps made from oil-tanned cowhide.
Measures approximately 17in. wide, 12.5in. tall, 5in. deep.
Much time and care is put into making every Forestbound bag one of a kind.
