Durable, worn-in canvas salvaged from a WWII era US Navy sea bag has been paired with cotton from a 1950's era steel banner and turned into a perfect everyday carryall.
The material used to construct this bag is over 60 years old but still in the most wonderful condition. Printing and stitching from the original canvas and cotton have been incorporated into this tote to highlight the unique nature of the material. Any discoloration of the fabric is the result of many years of natural wear and aging.
Fully lined with olive colored cotton, this large carryall can easily hold everything you need during the day or for a weekend away. Three good-sized interior pockets as well as four outer pockets can comfortably fit a wallet, ipod, phone, etc.
Measures approximately 18in wide, 14 in tall, 4 in deep.
Shoulder straps made from 4oz oil tanned, brown cowhide.
Strap drop approximately 8.5in.
Much time and effort is put into making every Forestbound bag one of a kind.
